Irontek is coming to Lake Country and we're combining flexible workspace with a culture of collaboration and ambition.
Located at 525 Main Street, Irontek’s Delafield location will blend private offices, dedicated desks, and open coworking space to support focus, flexibility, and collaboration. The location will include 37 private offices, 24 dedicated desks, and floating desk and open workspace options. Members will also have access to a variety of meeting and collaboration spaces, including a 12-person conference room, three drop-in huddle rooms accommodating up to four people, and three private phone booths for calls and virtual meetings. Meeting rooms will also be available for reservation by non-members for a fee.
Additional amenities will include a well-equipped kitchen, thoughtfully programmed member experiences, and access to private underground parking for an additional fee.

COMMUNITY MANAGER
Blair brings a strong background in hospitality, client communications, and community-focused experiences to her role as Community Manager at Irontek Delafield. Prior to joining Irontek, she spent over seven years at Village Green, where she specialized in relationship building, client experience, and creating meaningful connections.
A graduate of Penn State with a degree in Hospitality Management, Blair is passionate about creating authentic moments that leave a lasting impression. She thrives on fostering environments where people feel supported, connected, and inspired to grow.
Outside of work, Blair enjoys golfing, exploring new restaurants, and spending summers with her family at their cottage in northern Michigan.
