We’re excited to welcome Benjamin to the Irontek community! This startup business recently moved its customer service team to Beloit, setting up shop here at Irontek. What led to the creation of Benjamin?

Why did you choose Irontek as the location for your customer service team?
Beloit and the Irontek campus have always held a special place for me. You could say they’ve been part of my “secret sauce” when it comes to launching something new. My journey in performance marketing actually started right here back in 2010 with Fatwallet.com. Not long after, we were acquired by Ebates in 2011, and eventually became the Rakuten brand that people know today. We built an award-winning team during that time, and I’ve always believed that kind of success could be recreated right here in this same community—this time with Benjamin.
What I love about our community is the drive. It’s full of hardworking professionals who are hungry for meaningful opportunities. Irontek has been an amazing place to help turn those opportunities into reality. It’s not just the energy and support—it's also the location. Being between Janesville and Rockford gives us access to a deep pool of experienced talent, which is a huge plus for the kind of work we do.
After spending the last 15 years around this campus (yikes, that makes me feel old), I can honestly say the facilities—and the people who fill them—have consistently exceeded my expectations. So when it came time to choose a home for Benjamin, Irontek felt like a natural fit. Plus, the flexibility to grow and use the space whenever we need it has been a perfect match for how we operate.
How has working at Irontek been so far?
Nothing short of amazing! The Irontek facility is truly five-star—modern, state-of-the-art, and just an all-around awesome place to work. What really sets it apart, though, is the community. It’s full of kind, driven professionals who genuinely root for each other’s success.
The facility management team does a great job keeping the energy high, too. They host monthly events and helpful workshops that make it easy to connect, learn and just enjoy being part of something bigger.
