Irontek Boise Bringing New Coworking and Flexible Office Space to Downtown Boise
Updated: 5 hours ago
BOISE, ID (Sep 10 2026) - Hendricks Commercial Properties announced today that construction is underway on Irontek Boise, a new coworking community and flexible office space coming to The Owyhee in Downtown Boise this winter.
Located at 1109 W Main Street, Suite 100, on the first floor of The Owyhee, the 7,584-square-foot workspace will serve Boise entrepreneurs, remote professionals, small businesses and growing teams looking for a professional workplace without the commitment and overhead of a traditional office lease.
Irontek Boise will feature 25 private offices, 11 dedicated desks, floating desks, meeting and collaboration spaces, a private phone booth and shared amenities. High-speed Wi-Fi and business amenities will be included, with flexible membership options that allow individuals and businesses to adjust their space as their needs change.
“Boise has the sense of community and ambition that makes it a natural fit for Irontek,” said Laura Pierce, Director of Irontek. “We’ve seen how valuable it is to give people a professional place where they can focus on their work, connect with others and have the flexibility to grow. Theresa understands this community and knows how to bring people together, and we’re excited to have her leading Irontek Boise.”
Two spaces within Irontek Boise will also celebrate the history of The Owyhee. The 1910 Room, named for the year The Owyhee Hotel opened, will provide an open coworking and event space accommodating up to 50 people. The Tourtellotte Room, an eight-person conference room, is named for one of the architects who designed the historic hotel.
Leading the new Boise community will be Community Manager Theresa Skaggs, a longtime Boise resident with nearly two decades of experience in hospitality, customer relations, real estate and aviation. Skaggs most recently served as Administrative Assistant at Hotel Renegade, also part of the Hendricks Commercial Properties portfolio.
“Theresa understands Boise and knows how to bring people together,” Pierce said. “That local connection will be important as we build a community that reflects the people who live and work here.”
Irontek Boise will be the company’s third location and its first outside Wisconsin. Irontek opened its original location in Beloit, Wisconsin, in 2016 and expanded to Delafield, Wisconsin, in 2026.
Construction is being led by Western Foothills of Meridian, Idaho, with architectural design by Studio H Architects, also of Meridian.
Irontek Boise is scheduled to open in late 2026. For information about private offices, coworking memberships or leasing, visit irontek.co or irontek.co/boise.
