DELAFIELD, WI (May 5 2026) - In 2015, in Beloit, Wisconsin, a forward-looking premise took hold: the workplace could be more flexible, more personal, and better aligned with how people actually live and work. That premise became Irontek.
More than a decade later, the original Beloit location remains the flagship and a notable success story for the city it calls home. Over that time, as the nature of work has shifted, Irontek has evolved in step, refining its model to reflect a more intentional and elevated way of working.
With a new location opening in Delafield, Wisconsin, Irontek is entering a more defined phase, shaped by a clearer understanding of what today’s professionals expect from where they work.
A More Considered Workplace
Today’s Irontek is designed for entrepreneurs, corporate teams, and growing businesses seeking a high-quality, modern work environment that matches the caliber of their work.
The new spaces reflect that standard. Tailored furnishings, layered materials and refined finishes replace the utilitarian feel often associated with coworking. Work areas are configured to accommodate focus and interaction, offering a range of settings from quiet, private offices to open, conversational lounges, and conference rooms with all the conveniences modern professionals require.
Equally important is what happens beyond the desk. Members gather over fresh-brewed coffee in the morning and connect during curated networking events and professional programming. They enjoy bespoke amenities like dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up, car detailing services, and meal delivery service.
The result is an experience-driven destination that members seek out, stay with and talk about.

Leadership

The brand’s expansion is guided by Laura Pierce, director of Irontek, who has led its evolution into a more design-led and experience-oriented offering. Her focus has been on creating spaces that are not only functional, but also distinct and with a clear point of view.
Each location is overseen by a dedicated community manager who serves as both host and point of connection, working closely with members to understand their businesses, facilitate introductions, and shape their day-to-day experience.
Where Hospitality Meets Productivity
Irontek is owned by Hendricks Commercial Properties and developed alongside its sister company, Geronimo Hospitality Group. Together, they own and operate a national portfolio of boutique hotels, restaurants and mixed-use destinations.
That hospitality background is evident in the level of service, comfort and attention to detail throughout Irontek. The guiding principle is simple: tenants come first.
Expansion, Carefully Considered
The new Irontek location at The Grain in Delafield represents the next phase of the concept, with a heightened focus on atmosphere and experience. This expansion signals continued growth in markets where demand for high-quality workspace continues to grow.
Rather than concentrating solely on major urban centers, Irontek is expanding into communities where professionals are seeking elevated options closer to where they live and work.

A Shift in Expectations
As Irontek expands from its Beloit flagship to Delafield and beyond, it reflects a broader shift in how work is experienced. Workspace is no longer defined by function alone, but by how well it supports focus, fosters connection and adapts to evolving business needs.
Irontek’s next chapter suggests that the workplace, at its best, is not just where work gets done, but where it moves forward.
