DELAFIELD, WI (Feb 10 2026) - Hendricks Commercial Properties announced today that construction is underway on Irontek, a new flexible workspace designed to support entrepreneurs, remote teams, and growing companies seeking a polished, professional coworking environment with the freedom to scale.
Located at The Grain (West Building), 525 Main Street, Suite 200, the new Irontek will encompass 11,223 square feet and is scheduled to open in summer 2026.

Irontek’s Delafield location will blend private offices, dedicated desks, and open coworking space to support focus, flexibility, and collaboration. The location will include 37 private offices, 24 dedicated desks, and floating desk and open workspace options. Members will also have access to a variety of meeting and collaboration spaces, including one 18-person conference room, three drop-in huddle rooms accommodating four to eight people, and three private phone booths for calls and virtual meetings. Meeting rooms will also be available for reservation by non-members for a fee.
Additional amenities will include a well-equipped kitchen, thoughtfully programmed member experiences, and access to private underground parking for an additional fee.

“Irontek is designed around how people actually work today,” said Laura Pierce, Director of Irontek. “The Delafield location brings together structure and flexibility, offering a professional, turnkey workspace without the complexity of a traditional office lease. It allows businesses to focus on growth, not overhead.”
Irontek removes many of the barriers associated with traditional office space, offering flexible terms with no long-term leases, no buildout requirements, and no need to manage multiple vendors. High-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, furnishings, maintenance, and shared amenities are all included. This marks Hendricks Commercial Properties’ second Irontek location, joining the established Beloit, Wisconsin, location, which opened in 2016.
Construction is being led by Corporate Contractors, Inc. (CCI) Beloit, Wisconsin, with architectural design by Galbraith Carnahan Architects (GCA) of Wauwatosa. Harwood Engineering Consultants of Milwaukee is providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services, and Henricksen of Brookfield is serving as the interior partner.
